New things

Let's just call this the year (summer, really) of the avacado anding oyster mushroom. Previously, the former was in the " AW, YUCK!" classification (I'd hesitated to periodically try them again, as I generally do for disliked foods, because I figured that it really didn't hurt to not like at least one fattening food. Oh well.), and the latter was an unknown. Now, these beauties:

are diet staples. I love palate expansion!
