Just call it Polynesian delight - the remains of a pan-Asian feast (potstickers, edamame, soba noodles) fronted by some fresh-squeezed pineapple juice with a kick (i.e., lots and lots of rum). The best part is definitely the "cup" left behind by the pineapple corer.
