Absolutely typical

I had this, my first manicure in over 2 years, for all of 30 minutes before I chipped it.

Hopefully, my toes last a few days longer...

(Not usually having painted nails, I find my fingers to be wondrously distracting. I move my hand thus, and look, pretty! Mesmerizing! I remember that my first piano teacher refused to let me wear nail polish and lo! She. Was. Right.)
