My kind of green beer also has bubbles

Is two years in a row of the same activity enough to create a tradition? I'm not really one for the conventional celebration of St. Patrick's Day (champagne is better than green beer, or really, any beer - but especially green beer. Vile!), but I could easily fall into this groove of eating fine, fine French food each 17th of March. Gallic is close to enough Gaelic, right?
